I was commissioned to shoot a 'Shirley Valentine' shot, where a good looking waiter was flirting with an attractive slightly older woman. Luckily I had shot this background a couple of years before.
I knew immediately it would work perfectly, it did and I'm sure no one would know it wasn't shot on location.
