on location, dramatic lighting in the right place, with the sky shot within the fifteen minute window between night and day.
Simple task of shooting the ambulance at the correct angle and dropping it into position.
The final task was a stock shot
of lightening simply dropped into position to add the drama that was integral to telling the story.
